• ADB Contact Mission for Project 2 under the leadership of Yukiyasu Sumi, Urban Development Specialist, Project Officer of AUIIP Trance II fielded here during 18-22 July 2016. The primary object of this Mission was to review the preparedness of Trance II under AUIIP.
• Contract of the subproject WS02A (Construction of Storage Reservoirs of various capacities at 3 locations, approach road and allied works at Guwahati) awarded to M/s. Shivam Transcon Pvt. Ltd. on 8 June 2016.
• ADB Loan Review Mission for Project 1 under the leadership of Ashoke Shrivastava, Sr. Project Officer (Urban), Project Officer of AUIIP fielded here during 22-26 February 2016. The primary object of this Mission was to review the Social & Environmental staus and constuction status of Dibrugarh DTP Drain under Project 1 of the multitranche financing facility (MFF) of the Investment Program.
• ADB Contact Mission for Project 2 under the leadership of Atsushi Kaneko, Principal Portfolio Management Specialist, SAUW, Project Officer of AUIIP fielded here during 15-19 June 2015. The primary object of this Mission was to review the Project 2 of the multitranche financing facility (MFF) of the Investment Program.
• Second Empowered Committee meeting held on 20 February 2015.
• Contract of the subproject DR01 (Construction of DTP Drain, Box Culvert and Allied works from Chainage 0 to 9500 m at Dibrugarh) is awarded to M/s. Corsan Corviam Construccion S.A. on 20 February 2014.
• Inauguration Ceremony of the contract package Construction of DTP drain, Box culvert and Allied works in Dibrugarh under AUIIP has been organized at Dibrugarh held on 2 March 2014 under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh. The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Assam inaugurates the Contract.
• Contract of the subproject WS01 (Construction of Transmission clear water supply pipe lines and allied works at Guwahati) is awarded to M/s. IVRCL Ltd on 29 May 2013.
• Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for Water Supply Project of South East Guwahati by Honourable Chief Minister along with Hon'ble Minister, UDD, GDD, PWD, Govt. of Assam and Honourable Minister of Social Welfare, held on 3 May 2013 at Guwahati Refinery Playground (Sector II), Noonmati Guwahati.
• ADB Loan Review Mission under the leadership of Mr. Vijay Padmanavan, Senior Urban Development Specialist, Project Officer of AUIIP fielded here during 22-27 April 2013. The primary object of this Mission was to review the safeguard issues of the Project.
• Contract of the subproject WS02 (Construction of storage reservoirs of various capacities at 6 locations, approach road and allied works at Guwahati ) awarded to M/s. IVRCL Ltd on 1 February 2013.
• Capacity Development Technical Assistance (CDTA) Project commenced on 17 December 2012 towards the building the capacity of PMU & PIUs of AUIIP.
• First Empowered Committee meeting held on 6 December 2012.
• First ADB Mission fielded to AUIIP for the period 15 - 16 October 2012.
• AUIIP Project 1 commenced on 1 March 2012.
